Business Opportunities

East Coast Industries, Inc. offers two excellent opportunities for HVAC professionals interested in promoting or representing our NDT inspection and testing services.

Working With ECI as an NDT Affiliate

Generally speaking, nondestructive testing companies offer their services within a localized geographic area. For East Coast Industries, Inc., the majority of our work is performed in and around New York and New Jersey, although we occasionally travel out of state as the need arises.

A major benefit offered by East Coast Industries, Inc. has always been the high level of detail provided in our NDT reports - especially ultrasonic pipe testing. Our specialized evaluation and presentation software has allowed us to illustrate any raw test data to a degree not found elsewhere, and has elevated ECI as the top choice by many leading real estate management companies and consulting engineers throughout the New York City area.

A review of this site presents only a small sampling of our work experience, yet hopefully illustrates our strong commitment to excellence.

For pipe and tank testing within the HVAC commercial real estate market, we see an excellent opportunity to establish mutually beneficial relationships with other UT professionals nationwide.

Specifically, we are interested in working with NDT professionals in the HVAC field who recognize the benefit in submitting their field test data to us for processing using our special report format. In other words, once you have performed the field testing for your client, we offer to process the raw data into the type of final report detailed at this site. The report is submitted entirely under your business name, with the overall outcome being little or no time consuming report preparation on your side, and a more detailed and impressive final product made available to your clients, and potential clients.

To initiate such a relationship, or to learn more of the benefits we believe exist, we suggest you submit some basic information about yourself, your current business, client types, interests, and territory covered, etc.

Working With ECI as an Independent Rep

Our inspection and testing services overlap many other areas of business. Pipe testing and corrosion monitoring often involves us with chemical water treatment companies, HVAC consultants, and mechanical contractors, while infrared inspections typically involve us with electrical contractors.

We have long enjoyed working with other professional sales and service representatives who have found the time to recommend our NDT services within their own client base. Companies offering electrical or mechanical services, HVAC supplies, or other types of testing services, have all found it beneficial to their customers by offering our nondestructive testing specialties.

Frequently, property owners are not aware that such diagnostic services exist to provide confirmation for a suspected problem. In some of those cases, we can provide clear documentation that a problem does exist, and to what degree. Often we find problems not previously known - such as the substitution of lighter grade pipe, cut grooved pipe, or severe under deposit corrosion. Yet for others, our nondestructive investigation has provided equally clear documentation that a suspected major problem was nothing more than a local material defect or a minor fix.

Of greatest importance - ECI guarantees total impartiality in all nondestructive testing investigations regardless of the origin of the business contact. Our fair, honest, and professionally sound assessment of a potential problem to the actual property owner or operator will never be compromised.

We offer a 10% or greater commission to HVAC sales and service representatives, as well as any independent agents looking to upgrade their current business services portfolio by representing East Coast Industries, Inc. Alternatively, we will apply a 10% or greater discount for those interested in submitting and billing such nondestructive testing work under their own company name.

To initiate such a relationship, we suggest you submit some basic information about yourself, your company your current business, client types, territory covered, or other requirements, etc.
