commercial and industrial building properties has, by necessity, led us into
other related interests and specialties.
Our identification, analysis, and
monitoring of pipe corrosion has forced us to find lay-up chemicals that
finally work, cleaning procedures for removing decades of iron oxide pipe
deposits, as well as equipment to keep the piping system cleaner in the first
place. Identifying piping on the verge of failure has led to our recommending
quick fix methods until final repairs could be made. Likewise, the
identification of HVAC related operating problems, not yet common knowledge
among building operators and engineers, has led us to solutions few within the
industry are even aware.
In short, our strong involvement in the
HVAC building operations and maintenance industry has made us keenly aware of
the many operating and maintenance problems most property managers will
eventually confront.
