     The information presented in each Technical Bulletin is intended to serve as a basic introduction to a particular testing service, procedure, or specialty product. For the past decade, ECI has written and distributed such information following the successful resolution of a particular operating problem; making the information freely available to our clients. You can easily print out any Technical Bulletin by bringing up the subject of interest, and simply choosing Print from your browser File menu.

     Due to the varied operating conditions of most commercial HVAC properties, and the complexity of some of the services and products referenced here, it is generally difficult to offer a more detailed written explanation past what has already been provided. Therefore, further information on many Technical Bulletins may not be available without first providing a detailed description of an intended application or operating problem.
